Return & Refund Policy

At DozyDog, we want every dog — and every owner — to be completely happy. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You may return any DozyDog product within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item:

  • Is in good condition, free from damage caused by misuse
  • Includes all original parts and accessories

Items returned with damage from unusual use, tears, or strong odors may be eligible for a partial refund only.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@dozydog.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to exchange your item. Contact us at hello@dozydog.store and we'll sort it out.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@dozydog.store with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
