Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Time

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Estimated delivery is 10–14 business days from the date your order ships.

Shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or peak season volumes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us at hello@dozydog.store within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
